On this cold and beautiful snowy Sunday, I am off to show properties! Before showing, I check out my daily MSN intake of articles, and come across this one.

It is incredible...and rare.... you ever hear of companies doing good deeds! I believe our world would be a much better place if CEO's wouldn't take large checks, and actually pass some down to people who make their compaines run.

Rates dropped just in time for Turkey Day!

Wow, rates have come down as low as 5.125% !  If you are looking to buy, or refinance, it might be good to explore today!  

On a fun note, Black Friday is coming soon!  The shopping bananza begins!! Let us know where your fav's or deals are happening?  I heard JCrew outlets are having an extra 50% off their clearance items starting at midnight on Thanksgiving!  Something about getting up at 3 or 4 am on the following morning of eating our feast, grabbing a yummy warm Starbucks, and heading out for a long morning of walking and shopping sounds traditionally festive!

Here is an article that the National Associations of Realtors just put out.  Keep in mind, I will provide articles periodically from both the National Association (country wide), and the Colorado Association (state wide).  It is very important right now to know that real estate is LOCAL (not loco for all of you who know spanish :)), and it is good to know what is going on both nationally, and locally.

Voting Day!

I know that all of us have our own opinions on this election, so I won't indulge in what I think.  

Instead, I will discuss what new venture I have embarked upon for the next 4 weeks!  It is a very intense real estate course that teaches me how to boost my referral basis over the next several years.  It is also about commitment and courage.  Have you ever tried stepping out of your comfort zone?  How does it make you feel?  How do you get motivated to do it?  Well here I go.....

I am committing to this hard work because I want to be the best I can be.  I want to offer the best service, and create balance in my life.  I want to work on a referral based business, and not only receive wonderful referrals, but also give wonderful referrals!  So back to the days of homework!  For this course I will have to roll up my sleeves, and dive into.... DISCOMFORT!  :)  Wish me luck, and if you get a call from me, go easy on me ok?? !!  

Hopefully a good sign for a new start in November!
