Here is an article that the National Associations of Realtors just put out. Keep in mind, I will provide articles periodically from both the National Association (country wide), and the Colorado Association (state wide). It is very important right now to know that real estate is LOCAL (not loco for all of you who know spanish :)), and it is good to know what is going on both nationally, and locally.
Based on this article, I wanted to involve you and your opinions, and find out how you would feel about purchasing/refinancing if rates went to 4.5%. Would you react better, or would you still be fearful and not make the move?
